Comments about 30 in. Fresh Balsam Pine Classic Wreath:
I called specifically to ask if this was an artificial wreath or live wreath and was told this was artificial. Its not. It is live and now can only be used this year. I thought I was getting a good bargain on an artificial wreath that we could use year after year. Very disappointed in the customer service dept.'s knowledge of your products.
