Good things: The wreath arrived before the projected delivery date - It's beautiful - even better than the picture.
Not so good: The wreath was smaller than the 30" described - more like 26- 27" and not large enough to replace a prior full size wreath. The delivery box was 25" square. Another good thing: Very helpful customer service; no hassle; immediate refund; no cost to ship; no restocking charge. This was my first purchase. I like the website and will probably order other items

I just received the wreath and I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I plugged it in to make sure the lights work and it is beautiful when lit. I like the fact it has only the lights and pinecones so I can add Christmas decorations if I want or leave it just the way it is for the winter season. I purchased this to go over my entry table and I think I will purchase another for over the bombe' in my living room.
