It was very easy to assemble and once decorated it looked really fabulous. Unfortunately, I had a string of lights go out. I called customer service and they were very helpful. They put me in touch with the light manufacturer (who was also very helpful) and we determined it was a fuse in the plug. I supplemented the tree with a small string of lights and they are sending me some fuses which I will replace when taking the tree down after the holiday. It was unfortunate, but I still really love the tree and everyone was was terrific to deal with all around.

We were very pleased with tree when we originally set it up. While there were many gaps between branches, these were easily filled with large ornaments or ribbon. After decorated, the tree was beautiful.
HOWEVER, after less than three weeks, a large portion of lighting stopped working. We followed troubleshooting instructions and are still unable to remedy the problem. While the manufacturer alleges that one bulb can burn out and the others will remain lit, our experience would suggest this is untrue and that these are poor quality lights and that this problem will likely plague us in the future. We will likely replace all the strands ourselves next year...and I thought artificial trees were easier...

I loved my Christmas Tree. I put it together in a snap. It was made of quality materials. The service was unbelievable! It shipped and was on my front porch in 2-3 days. It's absolutely beautiful with the lights on. You would not even need to decorate. I can't wait to put it up this Christmas.

Bought this tree after Christmas so I only set the tree up to be sure it would go tether and lights worked. Satisfied on both these points. very happy that the tree came in 3 pieces so I can handle it alone. Didn't fluff the tree but it looked really good anyway.

Just purchased this tree after Christmas, so I haven't taken it out of the box. However, I peeked in the box and love what I could see...a great mix of different greens. Hope it will be all I'm hoping for next Christmas.
