partial lights went out

One of the best trees we have ever ordered. Watched the video and followed their instructions and it went up perfectly. Fluffing makes all the difference and every hole/gap was perfectly filled. It's the perfect size for an entry way or corner of a room. It looks exactly like the picture displayed. Great pic for me!!!!

The tree is not nearly as full as pictured. And one of the hinges was broken. Also nearly half of the lights on one of the sections doesn't light.
Very disappointed.
