I loved the tree. It is beautiful. Within two weeks of setting up the tree, a section of lights stopped working. I contacted customer service who offered 10% off (22 bucks, roughly) even though the tree had been marked down roughly $50. I said that I would keep the tree for the sale price as it was, or I would ask for a replacement tree for no discount. Neither option was accepted, so I will be returning the tree. Disappointing!

This is the first year we've had an artificial tree, and we were NOT disappointed. After looking at local stores and online..this is was the the best bang for our buck. More than we thought it would be,and we don't even have the ornaments on it yet. Great..very satisfied with it! The shipping time was fast..and today we're decorating it! Thanks for making such a great product available!

This is my first artificial tree. It's lovely, but was not as full as it seemed on the picture. Perhaps I simply do not know how to fluff it right. It also took me an hour to assemble and fluff. I bought this 2 weeks ago and see it is now $50 bucks cheaper. Ah well. So much for trying to be more timely. :)
