Ordered this tree after Christmas; delivery was fast, just a few days after ordering. We unboxed the tree, plugged it in to test the lights and all worked. Branches look real. Did not put up the tree or open the branches so unknown how the tree will end up looking but the branches are full and dense so expecting to be pleased.

I really wish the tree was properly made, because it was perfect for my home; however, the lights were not installed correctly, making the tree unusable/defective. The company was helpful in offering full return, but I would have preferred a replacement tree, and they were out of stock.

Looks real, very easy to put together. Would have been helpful if it had a step button to turn lights on/off. The only way to do this right now is to plug in/out which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, looks perfect!
Now if only they start selling some Christmas tree scent in a can :)

This tree cost more than I was planning to spend...but after suddenly becoming allergic to real trees, I just couldn't face having a cheap looking fake. It was a lot of money for me, but I am very pleased with this Christmas tree and it's so realistic that people sometimes don't know it's artificial until I tell them... If only it were scented like a real tree...
