I love how full this tree is, I set it up all by myself without any help. The sections are easy to manuever, it did take awhile to fluff out all the branches but well worth it. I used 400 twinkling lights and they seem to fit the tree very well. I have received compliments from everyone who has seen it. I am very proud to display this tree in my home. Great buy for the money.

I ordered this product on Nov 21st - the listing said it would ship "within 1-3 business days" with an expected delivery date of Dec 2.

I ordered this product on Nov 21st - the listing said it would ship "within 1-3 business days" with an expected delivery date of Dec 2.
- on Dec 2, I checked to find the item is backordered, and was told it might come end of NEXT week! I called Sales, and when I asked if these were in stock, she said "Yes", but when I questioned why mine was on backorder, I was informed that "in stock" simply means that they "can get them in" - not that they are actually in the warehouse!!! When I challenged that, she changed here story to say that they probably were in stock when I ordered, but that they sold them all!!! I never so much as received an e-mail saying they were on backorder. What a HORRIBLE way to try to sell any product. If a company does not have a product in stock, they should tell you UPFRONT. If you check the webpage right now, it does not say BACKORDERED!
I will be buying elsewhere from now on.

the tree came quick and packed well. but the after setting up tree it did not have the same full look as the picture. very narrow. if i did not have to pay shipping back i would return.
