I bought this tree for a friend who had looked everywhere for a pencil tree. It came in a very timely manner. She now has it decorated beautifully and she loves it. Thank you.

To begin with, I ordered the pre-lit version of this but the one I got had no lights. I've tried to call costumer service but no one is ever available. My kids wanted to decorate it and got upset when I said we were sending it back SO I gave in and kept it. It's not worth the hassle. The tree I got looks just like the picture but has no lights. Also, it looks very fake. There is a large gap in the top of the tree that you cant cover up with branches. I've seen much better "real" looking artificial trees. It also falls over at the slightest touch. Good thing it's only for this year.
