I received the tree today and set it up immediately even though Xmas is almost 2 months away. It is absolutely gorgeous thanks to the hundreds of stems that make the tree so full. The challenge was molding all those stems as they obviously arrive all flattened to the limbs. The many, many lights appear to be placed just perfectly throughout the tree. I have a revolving base so the tree slowly spins around and looks identical from all angles. I would definately recommend this tree as it far exceeds those that you see in the stores which are poorly made and sparce in fullness.

This turned out to be a very pretty tree. Just some of the parts were a little rusty but it could only be seen before it was put together. I'd say that this was a fair buy. I didn't pay top of the line prices so I didn't expect a top of the line product. Still I am impressed with this white tree! I would recommend it for tree shopping on a budget :)

    This tree was beautiful last year when we received it. This year, however, we took it out of the box and I screamed in horror. Our white tree was orange! Not just a little discolored, which I could have dealt with -- uniformly sandy orange brown all over. It was stored in it box in the dark, so no excuse. Contacted Hayneedle customer service and was told that the tree only had a 6 month warranty so there was nothing they could do. This is completely unacceptable. Whatever you do, don't buy this tree. I paid a lot of money for something I thought would be used for several years. Extremely disappointing product and equally disappointing customer service.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Hayneedle.com response:Thank you for your review. Please note: we recommend storing your Christmas tree in a PVC or canvas storage bag rather than a cardboard box. If a cardboard box is being used to store the tree in and it gets damp, the cardboard color could rub onto the white bristles and discolor them.

          The 9 foot tree helps fill our foyer. We added about 350 blue LED lights on white string and used various shades of blue, blue/green and silver ornaments and floral picks. It is even pretty during the day without turning on its lights.

          Husband loves it (he is the one who wanted white and blue). Next year I will add about another 3 hundred blue lights so it will really glow blue. The blue seems to bring out a pinkish undertone to the branches that we like. The 4 sections were pretty easy to handle. Fluffing takes time, but we had a friend over to help so from beginning to completion of decorating took us about 4 hours, with some Christmas cheer to help us along.

          Service and delivery comments:

          Wow, it came about 3 days after we ordered it. Free shipping.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          The tree is beautiful - the shape and size are pleasant, but some of the branches broke off when it was fluffed. Not sure how many years it will last. Top of tree will not support anything but a very light tree topper.
