It would never do for your main Christmas tree. not wanting to return the product, I let my son use it in the basement. It also lended forward too much and he had to wedge it to keep it from falling forward.

It fits well in the space we had for it and displays our ornaments well. It was difficult to get all the branches down because the light strings were tangled in the branches. I will look at it as I take it down to see if I can restring the lights better for next year. Ith the ornaments on it, it was top heavy, so we put a couple of bricks on the stand under the tree skirt and that fixed that.
It looks quite natural and you don't notice that it's only half a tree until you get close. Overall, it was worth the price, as long as it lasts a few years. I see no reason at this point why it wouldn't; it seems well constructed.
