If you have never had a flocked tree, the flocking DOES come off. This is just how it is, but I LOVE flocked trees. You need to vacuum just like with a REAL LIVE tree..But I think the flocking looks like real snow. The berry lights are unique and the remote has many settings for the multi-lights and white lights and berry lights to flicker and twinkle.

I ordered this tree Sunday night, received it Tuesday afternoon. When I set it up, it was so easy for me to put together. And how pretty it is! I love playing with the lighting each night. It is like having a new tree each night.
